Emotions are feelings that animals experience. They are nonphysical though exist in the body electrochemically I believe and can be stimulated by different chemicals, colors, lights, sounds, electromagnetic frequencies, people, food etc.
Physically Each organ has an associated emotion which stimulates it.
They can range from good to bad and neutral, simple and complex. Usually a life experience will also come with a corresponding emotion. The loss of someone will bring great sadness while eating delicious food will make you feel satisfied and happy.
Emotions paint and color our experience of reality, they are a driving force and a stopping force.
Happiness - Light, bursting, relaxing, full, warm and great. Usually brought on by good experiences and events.
Anger - Tense, raw, powerful, stressful, hot, uncomfortable and insecure. Invoked by bad events, frustrations, repression of feelings or fights.
Fear - Uncomfortable, cold, unsafe and sharp. Can be experienced from bad events, worries, bad experiences and traumas.
Sadness - Cold, alone, uncomfortable, heavy, wet and rainy. Felt when bad life events happen, great losses or when powerless.
Surprise - Open, confused or shocked. When something happened that you didn't expect.
Confused - Chaotic, ungrounded, tense and blocked. Felt when something goes wrong, when you can't understand or work out life and its issues.
Shocked - Sharp, bright, quick and chaotic. When something happens without you knowing or beyond your ability to process.
Comfortable - Good, happy, warm, healthy and protected. When you are relaxed and feel good.
Uncomfortable - Bad, painful, tense and annoying. When you are tense, in pain or not feeling good.
Disgust - Repulsed, tense, ill and uncomfortable. When you experience or see something that makes you feel strongly ill or bad.
Pride - High, upright, tall, strong, and blind. Pride is felt when taking care of something or when you feel greater than others.
Excitement - Chaotic, hot, up, quick, semi-tense and relaxed. If you are overstimulated in a positive way.
Guilt - Unconfronting, indirect, heavy, shameful and uncomfortable. When you did something bad or another person is judging you.
Boredom - Light, unfocused and blocked. When you have nothing fun to do or feel energetically blocked.
Anticipation - Tense, positive, electrostatic and focused. When you are waiting for something to happen.
Shame - Uncomfortable, dirty, body discomfort and slimy. When you are judged, did something wrong, usually of a sexual nature.
